Returns & Replacements
1. If an item is faulty you must inform us within 28 days of receipt. The item
should then be returned in its original packaging to the address on our contact
page. Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund via your original
payment method and reimburse your return postage costs.
2. If you have changed your mind about an item, you can return it providing you
inform us within 7 days of receipt - this applies to non-foodstuff items only as
we are unable to accept the return of foodstuffs. Once you have informed us, you
have 14 days to return the item and a full refund of the price paid for the item
will be issued once the item has been received. The item must be returned
undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. The
customer is responsible for postage costs and obtaining proof-of-posting.
Check your cart, everything should be there, if not, you may need to go back and
add it to the cart again.
We will not be liable to the customer in any manner or be deemed to be in breach
of these Conditions because of any delay in performing or any failure to perform
any of the company’s obligations under these Conditions if the delay or failure
was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control (which shall include, but not
be limited to government actions, war, fire, explosion, flood, import or export
regulations or embargoes, labour disputes or inability to obtain or a delay in
obtaining supplies of goods or labour).
