Refunds/Exchanges
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
Items must be in original, saleable condition - with all hangers, labels and wrappings in their original condition.
Kindly return the item to us (enclosing your invoice) to the address shown on your invoice.
Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection. Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be cost of item less postage & packaging costs – which are included in the sale price of our products.
Please note exchanges are subject to additional postage charge.
Faults
We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time (using the returns form on your invoice) and kindly return the item to us via 2nd class post (enclosing your invoice) to the address shown on your invoice.
When we receive the faulty item we shall reimburse the return postage (please note we only reimburse the cost of 2nd class postage) and send you a replacement item.
If you no longer have your invoice then please enclose a covering letter explaining your reason for return. We will then contact you via ebay to confirm receipt and advise if we believe that the goods are in fact faulty. If the goods are deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement and cover return postage costs.
Incorrect Items
We do not experience many problems, but if you believe you have an incorrect item, we would ask you to return it to us within 28 days and kindly return the item to us via 2nd class post (enclosing your invoice) to the address shown on your invoice.
When we receive the item we shall reimburse the return postage (please note we only reimburse the cost of 2nd class postage) and send you a replacement item.
