How long does delivery take?

On most inks ordered before 2pm for delivery in the UK it is 2-3 days, though you can pay a small surcharge for guaranteed next day. For some of our specialist machinery such as cutters, delivery  can take up to 10 days depending on stock levels. If you call us on 01260 408199 we will be able to give you exact details.

How do I pay for a product?

We accept payments via:

We know that from time to time things can go wrong, so please call or email us and we’ll do our very best to put things right for you.

What is your refund and returns policy?

If for any reason your product is faulty then please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you or a refund provided.

All items purchased as a “buy it now”  are governed by the distance selling regulations and as such you have seven days to return the item you bought from us and cancel your order. Your delivery charges and item cost will be refunded to you, but you will be expected to cover the cost of returning the item to us in its original state.

Are all your inks genuine?

Yes, all the inks we sell are genuine branded inks.

How do I know what ink my machine takes?

You can have a look at the existing cartridge which should have a reference number on it for example HP10. If you’re stuck then give us a call or email us the type of machine that you have and we’ll find out for you.
