Our first goal is to make you completely happy with your purchase and our service. If you ever receive anything from us that is damaged, not as described or that you are unhappy with in any way, please contact us immediately through eBay's Messaging system or telephone us during business hours 8-5PM, Monday - Friday Pacific Time at 360-299-3100.
We have different return policies for our different products. Please read about each product below:
Firepits and garden accessories - These products are warrantied by the manufacturer, always shipped insured and guaranteed against any and all defects. Please contact us if you wish to return one of these items.
eBay Training Manuals - All of our training manuals come with a 90-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. Just return them for a full refund including the shipping cost. Returning a manual will not affect your feedback.
Other Products - We often sell antiques, collectibles, native american art and goods that have been consigned to us as trading assistants. All of these products are sold "As Is" and in general, we do not accept returns, unless the item was misrepresented in some way. These items are, however always shipped insured, so we can refund your money if an item goes missing (15 day waiting period) or arrives damaged. In any event, please always contact us first if you are unhappy in any way and give us a chance to solve the problem, whatever it is.
