Ordering
If you experience any problems when placing your order, please feel free to email laas_pops@hotmail.com . We will be pleased to help in any way we can.
All orders are acknowledged via email & we will also confirm that your payment has been received. Unless you specifically request otherwise, an invoice will be enclosed with your order.
Payment
We are happy to accept payment by Paypal, postal order or personal cheque.
Please make all cheques payable to Lauren Gibbard & post to

Shipping
We always post items within 24 hours of payment being received. We usually dispatch via Royal Mail, at the customer’s discretion of either 1st/2nd class/recorded delivery. For larger orders we offer a courier service, where the maximum postage charge is £10 regardless of the number of items purchased. We always email to let you know when & how your item has been posted. For shipping outside the UK, please contact us for shipping costs.
Returns Policy
All goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return an item for any reason, we ask that you could please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Return post and packing charges cannot be refunded. Any goods returned must be in their original condition.
Our Guarantee
All our used jigsaws are thoroughly checked before being listed in the shop. We would never sell a jigsaw that we weren’t 100% sure was complete.
