Shipping Information

  1. Buyers have to pay the shipping cost needed to send the item to him.
  2. After the full payment has been received, item will be shipped to the buyer.
  3. All shipment will be made within two (2) business day (Excluding weekends and public holiday) and depart from Japan after receiving the full payment.
  4. Delivery is not done on weekends, public holidays or during after office hours. Current local time in Tokyo, Japan
  5. We don't combine shipping. (We are not open to negotiations after auction closure.)
  6. Products will be shipped from Japan through EMS (JP Post) and takes approximately 5-7 working days to arrive. But, sometimes due to custom inspection in foreign countries, it takes bit longer time.
  7. We are just using EMS service of Japan post to send any item. Besides this, we don't use the DHL or FedEx or any others company service.
  8. The bag that can be folded such as Monogram speedy or Monogram Keepall etc will be shipped in folded condition to minimize the shipping expense. (The shipping cost is determined by the weight. By folding a bag, it can be shipped in smaller carton resulting in a lower shipping cost.)
  9. Due to high postage cost, normally we are not shipping the item in South America and Africa. But if the buyers become much more interested, please ask us about the shipping cost first.
  10. If the purchased product is incorrectly sent or becomes lost and does not reach the customer, we ask the customer to request his or her own country's postal service for searches as well as to report to us. We will also request a search from the Japanese postal service. If it is determined that the item was lost, we will return the total payment including the shipping fee to the customer as soon as we received the payment from the Japanese postal service. However, we ask the customer to understand that it may take more than a few months to complete this process.
  11. Some countries, including Belize and Aruba, do not have EMS, and we will ship products to those places by air. Please note that the airfreight shipping charge is higher than that of the EMS.
