- The winning bidder has to complete the sale transaction including payment within 3 days after the end of the auction. Otherwise, winning bidder will be considered as NON-PAY buyer. (If buyer fails to send money within 3 days, a case will open as “unpaid dispute case” automatically.)
- In case of any problems buyers are requested to make a contact with us through eBay and we shall endeavour to resolve any issues.
- Before bid, buyers are requested to check the listings (both pictures and descriptions) carefully or in case of any questions contact with us.

- As everything's is done very carefully, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.

- Cancellations, complaints and product returns due to certain reasons due to variation in judgment (e.g. "it differed than what I expected," "I think it should have been ranked lower") are not serviced, nor are complaints concerning the photograph quality (e.g. "there are scratches that I didn't see in the picture," "it looks dirtier than it did in the picture"). - The objects pictured are all that is sold. Things not shown in the pictures nor described, such as a key, lock or dust bag, are not included.
- We purchase the bags in the used product market. The detailed retail histories (when and where purchased) are therefore unknown. However, all the products have been examined by experts and the authenticities verified.
- It may be difficult to judge the real condition of the bag through looking upon the pictures, therefore, we have posted many pictures of the bags. The degree of concern will probably depend upon the viewer. Please consider these carefully before bidding. (After receiving the bag, even if it may be not as you desired, in that case return or money refund is unwarranted.)
- Judgment of smell varies from person to person. We have been told what we deemed odiferous was "odorless," or what we deemed "odorless" was "foul." We sell used bags. It is often the case that the products have acquired some sort of smell in addition to the scent of leather. Suppose a customer turns out to be rather sensitive to odors and he or she claimed "it smelled more than the description said." As we do not consider product returns and money backs in such case, buyers are requested to be careful about the smell.
- Other forewarnings include the fact that computer monitor displays may naturally show colors slightly different than those of the actual object. Also, because our products are used, most bags do not retain their upright form. Please keep in mind that the bags are photographed stuffed to straighten out the original shapes.
