How to track your package
After receiving your payment, we will deliver your package by DHL Global Mail (NOT DHL Express) within 1-2 business day. DHL Global Mail officer will inform us the tracking number within 1-2 business days after the delivery date. Then we will enter it into Paypal system that will automatically send an e-mail to you. Please note that this e-mail may be in your junk/spam folder. If you don't receive an email informing the tracking number within 3 business days after your payment, please contact us.
There will be 6 kinds of tracking numbers.
1. The tracking no. end with 'de' (e.g. rf596945799de)
The delivery route will be Thailand -> Germany -> Destination.

2. The tracking no. end with 'hk' (e.g. ra901714025hk)
The delivery route will be Thailand -> Hong Kong -> Destination.

The Hongkong Post has the ability to connect to the mail tracking website for many destination countries. Anyway, for destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.
3. The tracking no. end with 'tw' (e.g. rr015782799tw)
The delivery route will be Thailand -> Taiwan -> Destination.

4. The tracking no. end with 'sg' (e.g. rr952522421sg)
The delivery route will be Thailand -> Singapore -> Destination.

5. The tracking number for the package sent to Singapore (e.g. 110607272)

On XDelTRACK box at left side, key in 106517 for the account, key in your tracking number, then click GO.
6. The tracking number for the package sent to Australia (e.g. 582580012012)
You can track the status at Australia Post website, but please note that the tracking number will be shown after the package reaches Australia, it ususally takes 10-14 days.
Remark: The tracking information will appear on the website after 3-10 days of the shipping date.
DHL Global Mail will pass your package to your country customs, the process after this depends on your country customs & post office. So, you can track your package status later by using your country postal service, if your postal online tracking service is available.

If you don't receive your item within the delivery
period, please contact your local post office with our provided tracking number.
Sometimes, the parcel is at the post office waiting for the addressee to
pick up without the notice left, and it will be returned to us if it's unclaimed.
Please note that the shipment delay may occur
because of the customs and/or postal process that we cannot control, so the
transit time may be longer. For example, it may take 5-6 weeks for the customers
in USA to receive the items. Your satisfaction is very important for us, so
please do not bid or buy our products if you do not accept the delay because
of these factors.

December 13, 2010. USPS didn't show the status at customs. The package reached
the post office on February 7, 2011. It took almost 2 month to receive this
package.

Shipped Date: December 27, 2010
Delivered Date: February 8, 2011
Additional details: This package left Singapore for USA on
December 29, 2010. USPS didn't show the status at customs. The package reached
the post office on February 7, 2011. It took 6 weeks to receive this package.
A shipment to Canada

Shipped Date: February 14, 2011
Delivered Date: March 22, 2011
Additional details: This package reached Canada on February
22, 2011. It took 4 weeks or 1 month for the process at Canada Customs and the
post office. Totally, it took 5 weeks to receive this package.
