Shipping

All products listed are in stock and available for immediate shipment from our UK warehouse.

Goods are made ready for despatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday to Friday, except holidays.

UK Deliveries are made either by Royal Mail (1st Class) or by NEP Parcels Ltd. We reserve the right to decide which delivery company to use depending on the weight and dimensions of the product purchased. More often than not delivery is 1 to 2 days, however, UK Deliveries can take up to 7 days if the delivery company is experiencing problems. We have no control over this, and would appreciate the chance to investigate if experiencing longer than usual delays.

We consider combined shipping discounts so please email or phone us with details of the products.

Please ensure that someone is present to take receipt of the goods at the given address. Please consider whether you may be at work and whether it may be better to send to your work address. If no one is present for receipt we are forced to pay a redelivery fee by the courier service.

International Sales

European and Worldwide deliveries are booked with UPS / Fedex / TNT or DHL depending on which company is offering the best rate at the time. For all non UK Purchases, please contact us for a carriage price before placing a bid. We will obtain the best quote on offer which we will disclose to the customer for complete transparency if required.

We request that our customers leave a telephone number to enable our courier service to contact you directly if there are any problems with delivery. Textile Technologies Europe Ltd will not use this information for any other purpose. This is especially important for international purchases.
