Q - Is this product new or refurbished?
A - The condition of the item is clearly stated in the listing details and can be found just below the title on the view item page.
Q- What is refurbished?
A - Refurbished items are customer returns. They might for example, be unwanted gifts, ex-display or products where customers have simply changed their mind. Product identified by Tesco Outlet as ‘refurbished’ are products that have been returned to Tesco stores.
· Minor cosmestic marks (Grade C products will have Major cosmetic marks)
· Original retail box or replacement box may be marked or scuffed
· Fully functional test and factory reset (if necessary)
· All products are supplied with basic accessories to use the product (unless stated in the listing)
· Professionally refurbished
· 12 month Tesco Outlet warranty
Q - So how exactly are these product refurbished?
A - Every product targeted for refurbishing must pass a thorough examination. We check and inspect them, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition. Some may have minor cosmetic blemishes.
Q - How do I pay?
A - For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through PayPal.
Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice.

Q - Who will deliver my product?
A- Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or Parcel Force from our Swansea distribution centre. Parcel Force deliveries MUST be signed for.
Q - How long will it take?
A - Most items will be despatched the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds.
Q - Do you deliver outside the UK?
A- We now ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. Please note: we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands. We currently do not ship to countries outside the UK.
Q- How long do I have to return my product?
A - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via email to the Tesco Outlet eBay Team.
Under our Tesco Outlet eBay Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. If trying on items with health or hygiene sensitivities, such as underwear or swimming costumes, please do so over other clothes. In the case of goods such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products that have hygiene seals, you must exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals when examining them. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
The Tesco Outlet 12 month warranty applies to consumer purchases only. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims where the purchase is or appears to be of a trade or business nature.
*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Q - Can I return an item in one of your stores?
A - Our stores are not able to refund or assist with Tesco Outlet purchases but our dedicated Tesco Outlet team will be able to help with any queries and can be contacted by email at TheTeam@tesco-outlet.co.uk. All of the items sold by Tesco Outlet carry a label advising they are not returnable in store.
Q - Will I get Clubcard points on my purchase from Tesco Outlet?
A - Clubcard points are not collectable or redeemable on purchases from Tesco Outlet.
All our refurbished Laptops are supplied with batteries that have been tested to ensure they hold a charge however we cannot guarantee that the manufacturers advertised maximum battery life can be achieved. Batteries are a consumable item and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product.
