The close relationship between Tesco and our refurbishment company also enables us to support every purchase with a 12 month Tesco Outlet warranty. In the unlikely event that your item does develop a fault, our repair technicians are on hand to identify and, if necessary, repair the fault.
At Tesco Outlet, we control every step of the ebay shopping experience. This enables us to offer products at a discounted rate while still offering you the reassurance of dealing with the trusted Tesco brand.

What can I buy?
At Tesco Outlet you can purchase new and refurbished items. All items are sold with a 12 month Tesco Outlet Warranty.
New items
New items are products that were previously available through Tesco stores or Tesco Direct but have now been discontinued. They come complete with all the necessary parts and accessories and are still in their original packaging. In some instances the packaging may be damaged, but don't let that put you off! The product inside will be pristine.
Refurbished items
Refurbished items are customer returns. They might for example, be unwanted gifts, ex-display or products where customers have simply changed their mind. Product identified by Tesco Outlet as ‘refurbished’ are products that have been returned to Tesco stores.
· Minor cosmestic marks (Grade C products will have Major cosmetic marks)
· Original retail box or replacement box may be marked or scuffed
· Fully functional test and factory reset (if necessary)
· All products are supplied with basic accessories to use the product (unless stated in the listing)
· Professionally refurbished
· 12 month Tesco Outlet warranty
All items sold have been classified by our certified testing facilities where they are examined, fully tested, and if necessary, refurbished, repaired and repackaged in to a generic brown box.
All refurbished products have been priced to show a fantastic saving to the original RRP.
Unless specifically detailed in the listing, items are supplied with all the accessories, cables and manuals that are necessary for the item to function.
