With regards to damaged items please report this to us within 48 hours and sign for the order as damaged if you are in any way unsure if the item may be damaged on arrival.

We are happy to exchange or refund orders within 14 days of delivery aslong as items are unused and in the original packaging. There is a charge for return postage.
