We have an exceptionally high level of quality control with almost zero returns. We also have on-site a disc repair/resurfacing machine that restores any sub-standard products to "as-new" condition. Any products that do not meet our high standards are restored prior to shipping. We also replace any sub standard jewel cases with brand new ones prior to shipping.
