We are pleased to offer a 14 day returns policy. We do our best to ensure that our descriptions explain our products as clearly as possible. However, should you find that when your jewellery or other item arrives it is not quite as you expected, or you have changed your mind, you may return the item to us.
To return an item by post, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating the reason for the return.

Please quote your Transaction ID, name and address, product details and cost. We will then explain how to proceed with the return.
Please note we do not accept returns unless we have first received notification via email.
Please notify us IMMEDIATELY if an item is received damaged. Please keep all boxes and outer packaging. Contact us using eBay Messages.
All returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original delivery note.
An item should be returned in its original condition and in its original box or packaging (e.g. pendant box). Please ensure that the item is securely packaged, as if it is damaged when received, it may effect our ability to give a refund.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The item is the responsibility of the buyer until it is received by us.
All items returned should be carefully packaged in their original packaging and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, or do not have their original packaging. We will not refund items that show signs of abuse. They will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.
For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings and body jewellery. The Distance Selling Regulations exclude earrings and body jewellery. In addition, personalised items and items which we have ordered specially for a customer cannot be returned.
Our postage charges are kept to a minimum to cover actual postage, materials and labour. Many items are despatched postage free.
All of the above is in addition to your statutory rights.
