Shipping

Shipping is normally by Royal Mail 1st Class shipping (UK) or Airmail (International) unless an alternative method has been chosen. We ship Weekdays (Monday To Friday) and order cut-off is normally 1.00pm - We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.

Typical delivery times are as follows;

• UK 2-3 Days (Max 15 days)
• Western Europe 5-10 Days (Max 31 days)
• Rest of World 7-14 Days (Max 31 days)

Special Delivery orders with payments received before 2pm we aim to ship same day (payments received before 2pm will ship same day), these require a signature on delivery - We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.

Courier Delivery orders with payments received before 2pm we aim to ship same day, these require a signature on delivery.  To help avoid delays please email us a contact telephone number that we can provide for the courier  - We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.

If the item is returned to us by the carrier we will contact you and if redelivery is required we reserve the right to request payment to resend, not exceeding the stated rate on the listing for the service chosen (ie re-delivery by couier would not exceed the courier delivery price).
