If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the
standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you
must notify us via the link in 'my eBay' within 10 days of
delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing
it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all
accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are
faulty. These include:
- We may restrict the exchange of CD's, DVD's and computer
software to the same title.
New items are sold with a 12
month warranty.
Refurbished items are sold with a 90 day warranty.
The warranty is not with the manufacturer and all
warranty claims have to be made with Telephones
Online.
Faulty items
If your item develops a fault please notify us at TheTeam@TelephonesOnline.co.uk
If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will
offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement
product once the original product has been returned to the
Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the
fault.
If the fault develops after 28 days but within the warranty
period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or
replace it once the original product has been returned to the
Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the
fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a
manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of
misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
All our refurbished phones (excluding corded phones) are supplied with batteries that
have been tested to ensure they hold a charge however we cannot
guarantee that the manufacturers advertised maximum battery
life can be achieved. Batteries are a consumable item and may
need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product.
