Q- What is refurbished?
A - Customers return products for many reasons: it may have
been unsuitable, an unwanted gift or simply because they have
changed their mind. Product identified by Telephones Online as
'refurbished' are products that have been returned to us;
checked, inspected, repaired if necessary, graded (A or B) and
reboxed.
Q - So how exactly are these product refurbished?
A - Every product targeted for refurbishing must pass a
thorough examination. We check and inspect them, returning the
products to like-new or almost new condition. The condition of
the product after refurbishing is indicated by the grade of the
item. A grade refurbished items are as new, B grade products
may have minor cosmetic blemishes.

A - For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through

Q - Who will deliver my product?
A- Delivery will be made by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or City
Link from our Newhaven distribution centre. Parcel Force &
City Link deliveries MUST be signed for.
Q - How long will it take?
A - Most items will be despatched the same day but we aim to
despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds.
Q - Do you deliver outside the UK?
A- We now ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the
Isle of Wight but locations outside the UK mainland are subject
to an increased delivery cost - free delivery only applies to
the UK mainland. Please select the delivery option which
relates to your location when placing your order to avoid
unnecessary delays in despatch. Please note: we are currently
unable to ship to the Channel Islands. We currently do not ship
to countries outside the UK.
Returns:
Q- How long do I have to return my product?
A - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7
working days after you have received your delivery to cancel
your order via email to the Telephones Online eBay Team.
Under our Telephones Online eBay Refund Policy, you have 14
days to return a product* to us, providing it is unused and in
a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is
faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the
original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply
unwanted**.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that
are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You
must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the
product. If there is evidence that the products are not in the
same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with
them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund
