POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Items are posted within 1 working day on receipt of order.All our listings are usually posted 1st Class by Royal Mail, however any heavier items ie bundles of clothing may be sent by courier as this keeps the postal costs to you down.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
14 Day return policy
The item must be in its original condition and not been worn with the tags and labels attached if this applies to the product and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please email us before you return the item stating the reason for return.
When you return the item please make sure your Name, Address and Contact no. is inside the parcel stating clearly the reason for the return.
Only the cost of the item will be refunded. We will only refund the original cost of the item purchased and we will not refund any postal costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves ie the wrong size or item sent out or the item is faulty. Please obtain the proof of postage when returning the item as the responsibility for returned items is with you.
