- We
offer the following shipping services: Super Saver (5-9
business days), Standard Ground (3 - 5 business days), Expedited (3
business days), Two-Day (2 business days), Next Day (1 business day).

- We
ship orders by multiple carriers, USPS and FedEx, at our
discretion.
- Super
Saver shipping service does not provide detailed
tracking information. It provides delivery confirmation after package
is delivered.
- Standard
Ground, Expedited, Two-Day, Next Day shipping
services provide detailed tracking information.
- Expedited,
Two-Day, Next Day are day-guarantee services. For
example, Expedited service guarantees to deliver in 3 days.
- Delivery
takes place on Monday to Friday. For example, a
package shipped on Friday with Two-Day service would be expected for
delivery the following Tuesday.
- For
order value less than $250, there is no requirement to sign for the
package. In most cases, the package will be left at buyer's front door
or mail box. We can add this signature option for $3 extra. Interested
buyer should contact us before checkout.
- For
order value $250 or more, we will add the signature requirement at no
extra charge.
- We
ship orders to P.O. Box, APO and US Territory by USPS.
- We
welcome local pick-up at our Rockville, Maryland office.
6% MD sales tax applies.
International
Destination (including Canada & Mexico)
- We
ship worldwide by FedEx International Priority to most
destinations at very low cost. At our discretion, we may ship by USPS
to some rural areas.
- Due
to the insurance and custom policy, we do not ship to the
following countries: Malaysia, North Korea, Russia,
Singapore, Turkey and most African countries.
- The
delivery time is 2 - 5 business days. Custom clearance
may delay the delivery time.
- We
cannot be held responsible if the custom of your country
rejects the import shipment for any reason. If the package is rejected,
we are subject to charge any return shipping and associated fee. We
recommend international customers consulting with us before purchase.
- Import
duties, taxes and charges are not
included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These
charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping)
carrier or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for
additional shipping charges.
- Please
check with your country's customs office to determine
what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- If
buyer refuses to pay the custom fee/tax and the package is
returned to us, we are subject to charge the return shipping and
associated fee.
- We do
not mark merchandise values below value or mark items
as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such
behavior.
- To
comply Paypal requirement, we do not offer USPS First
Class International service.
Shipping insurance is optional
and recommended to protect against loss and damage. If you have
purchased shipping insurance, you must inform us within 60 days for any
loss or damage claim.
