 Q: I have bought the wrong item :-((( ?
  A: Not too worry we can exchange or refund the product less shipping costs as we are sure you understand. Please see our returns section on our website www.internetct.co.uk/returns
 Q: Do you offer a Saturday delivery?
  A: No, unfortunately we cannot offer a Saturday delivery as this is extremely expensive. Any product ordered on a Friday with the next day option is guaranteed to be delivered on the following Monday except bank holidays of course.
 Q: Are your products new?
  A: All of the products sold by Computer Technology are Brand New and Sealed unless stated otherwise, occasionally a product may be sold in 'as new' or 'used' condition but this will be made very clear in the sale.
 Q: How long will it take for me to receive my item?
  A: Please check in the listing as a general rule larger products are delivered in 1-2 working days and Royal mail are 1-4 working days depending on your choice of method.
 Q: When will my item be dispatched?
  A: We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day if cleared payment is made before our shipping deadlines, a little more time if the order includes a computer as they are custom built and require testing.
 Q: Do we offer combined postage?
  A: We now offer huge discounts for two or more items purchased. Please refer to the listing but it is now well worth ordering more than just one item from Computer Technology.
 Q: Credit Card Payments

 Q: What is the Computer Technology Returns Policy for eBay products?
  A: Computer Technology & InternetCT Offer eBay customers a 90 day return to base warranty. Please note:- Once accepted as working and as described (7 days from receipt) to return a product to ourselves is at the customers own cost.
 Q: Does my item carry an extended manufacturer warranty?

 Q: Where can I get tracking details of my order?
  A: Your tracking/reference number can be found in your order details & dispatch email sent through ebay.
 Q: Where is my item?
  A: Please refer to your dispatch notice as this has your tracking number. Enter the number on the shipping company website and it will show the progress of the parcel.
 Q: Is my item in warranty?
  A: All items have a minimum of 90 days return to base (customer pays shipping both ways) when purchased on eBay. Please note all computer systems carry a standard 12 months strict RETURN TO BASE warranty

 Q: Do you ship to the Highlands, N.Ireland & other remote destinations?

 Q: What does bare / OEM mean?
  A: This is usually when a product comes with the essentials, the only difference is the retail packaging. This allows us to pass on the savings to our customers for the same product.

 Q: Why doesn't my power supply unit work?
  A: 1) Please check the power cable and the switch on the back is in the on position (if applicable). 2) The psu requires connection to the motherboard before it will start using the 20/24pin and 4/8pin connections. 3) The power button on the case should then start the computer, if not check the connection or try another switch.
 Q: What if I missed the delivery of my parcel?

 Q: I haven't received my return instructions?
  A: We reply to all return requests within 48 working hours (usually the same day). If you have not received your return information then please make sure to check your SPAM and JUNK folders as more and more service providers are sending email to spam or junk folders.  Q: Is it true that Computer Technology now has FREE Shipping?
  A: Almost all of the Computer Technology (InternetCT) products now have free (included in the price) standard UK shipping.
 Q: Is my Bundle/System tested before dispatch?
  A: All Bundles and Systems are tested before they are dispatched to ensure you receive a fully working product. However if you experience any problems, please call us for technical assistance on 08712 88 22 18 and we will be happy to help.
 Q: My Bundle/System Doesn't power up?
  A: If your Bundle does not power up, please ensure the 20/24 pin, 4/8 pin and the power button switch cable are connected correctly. If your system has no video output and has a dedicated video card, please ensure your monitor is attached to the video card connections and not the motherboard connections. Please contact us if you still have problems.
 Q: What are your opening times?
  A: We are open from 09:30 until 18:00 monday to friday. We are closed at weekend and on Bank holidays.
 Q: What couriers do you use?
  A: We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide, Yodel and Interlink Express & Myhermes for all of our shipping.
 Q: How long does it take to build and test a bundle/system?
  A: Usually a Bundle can be built, tested and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received by ourselves. However, usually a system can be built, tested and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received by ourselves.
 Q: Can i change my Delivery Address?
  A: Unfortunately not, we have to ship to the address that is given to us from eBay and PayPal when you make the required payment.
 Q: What happens if my tracking number is not working?
  A: The tracking number will not work for the first 24 hours after dispatch as you need to give time for the courier to collect and scan the parcel. If the tracking number is still not working after 48 hours then please contact us on 08712 88 22 18 and we will look into the problem with the courier in question.
 Q: Is this power supply unit suitable for my graphics card?

 Q: How long does it take to process my return?
  A: Once we receive your product back to ourselves, we usually process it the same day as it is received, and usually a refund or replacement is issued the same day as long as it is agreed by yourselves before the shipping deadlines.
 Q: My product has arrived damaged-what do I do now?
  A: First of all do not worry, make us aware of damage as soon as possible so we can contact the shipping company. Please do not throw any packaging away even if it is damaged.
