| Combined Shipping |
We gladly combine shipping under the following circumstances:
- All winning auctions END within 48 hrs of each other
- Winning bidder is the same for all the auctions to be combined
- Payments must be combined into one payment
Discounts for combined shipping are as follows:
- 1st item won (most expensive shipping charge takes precedence)
- 2nd item won receives a 50% discount off the posted S/H/I rate shown in the listing
- 3rd item won receives a 75% discount off the posted S/H/I rate shown in the listing
- 4th + is shipped with no additional charge
Listings that are "Dutch" style auctions (2 or more of the same item), may show an extra shipping charge if more than one item is won. These are considered one auction in the above combined shipping calculations.

| Currency Exchange |
We prefer payment in the currency in which the item was listed. If you prefer to pay using a different currency other than what the items was listed in, a 3% currency EXCHANGE FEE will apply. This is a charge levied by our bank to re-convert the currency to Canadian funds.

| Multiple Item Auctions |
Some multiple item auctions will show an additional charge if both items are won. Please take note of this and bid accordingly.

| Taxes |
We collect all taxes that are legally required by the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario. We will not contravene the tax laws by selling product as a "cash deal" or "under the table" to avoid the payment of taxes. Where the laws permit exemptions, we will gladly accept the proper documentation that supports the exemption claimed.
Taxes are calculated on the item and the shipping charge. Orders are held until the taxes are paid in full on the complete order. We are obligated to collect these and cannot waive or absorb them on your behalf.

| Pick Up's |
We do not offer a pick up service under any circumstances. Our warehouse does not handle any cash, cheques or negotiables on site. All transactions MUST take place using our delivery service or the service described in the listing.

| Customer Account Shipping |
We do not ship collect or on customer accounts. We are the shipper of record and all shipments must leave our warehouse prepaid.

| Shipping/handling charge (what does it cover?) |
Our shipping/handling charge covers the following costs:
- shipping to our facility from the manufacturer
- shipping insurance costs (whether thru the carrier or thru our own underwriter)
- labour costs to process the order
- delivery to the main postal hub (service is not provided in our locality)
- packaging and material costs
Why do we charge the extra amount for handling?
Since the price for every item sold at auction is different, we must cover our costs at minimum to continue to remain in business. Some items sold at auction do sell below cost (it's true!). The handling charge at least allows us to recover our costs associated with the handling of the order. In the end, you receive a product that is priced well below retail price and we at least can cover our costs. After all, that is what keeps any business alive, right? |
