RETURNS -
We will gladly accept any non-electronic items, UNUSED / UNWORN item in return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of sale. Buyer responsible for return shipping. R/C items cannot have been fueled or batteries charged. Once you fuel a kit or charge it's batteries, returns / exchanges for that item are no longer available. Voluntary Returns are processed less all costs/fees incurred and a 20% Restock Fee.
CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS -
Please make sure you provide us with an accurate & confirmed shipping address. Due to eBay & Pay Pal Policy, as well as our automated shipping system, we can ONLY ship to your CONFIRMED address you provide to us on your Pay Pal payment. DO NOT email and ask us to ship to a different address! We will NOT be able to change shipping addresses.
PROCESSING / HANDLING TIME -
Domestic orders ship within 2 business days of a cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays. International orders ship within 5 business days of a cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays.
COMBINED SHIPPING - Taz Hobbies will happily combined your order to save you on shipping costs. You MUST make a single payment on combined orders. Multiple payments will disqualify you from ANY shipping discounts. Domestic Combined Shipping rates are as follows; First or largest item full price then each additional item is $1.00. International Combined Shipping rates are as follows; First or largest item full price then each additional item is $2.50 for up to 4lbs total, $5.00 each additional for up to 10lbs total. Over 10lbs will be calculated as needed for each order.
