Payment Methods
Currently we are only accepting PayPal as a payment method. This is the safest and most secure payment method for both buyer and seller.
Delivery
All items are for delivery only. When paying via PayPal we have to send via a trackable method so that it can be proved an item has been sent and has been delivered. This means that collection in person cannot be an option unfortunately.
Items to Northern Ireland will go by ParcelForce if they are to go by courier.
We cannot ship to Channel Islands unfortunately, unless it is small enough to go by Royal Mail first class.
Items sent via "other courier" will normally go via DHL. To send via this method, the courier requires a telephone number incase they need to contact you, this must be provided before an item can be sent. To avoid any delays, include your telephone number in the notes section when paying, or in a message immediately following payment. If your telephone number is already included in your delivery details with eBay, then as long as it's up to date then there is no problem.
Items sent via ParcelForce do not require a telephone number. There are two ParcelForce delivery methods which are - ParcelForce 24 and ParcelForce 48. ParcelForce 24 is normally delivered the next working day after collection. And ParcelForce 48 in 2 working days after collection. Collection will be the next working day after booking.
Items sent via "Other Courier" will be marked as dispatched once collection is booked so I can keep track of which item's have had delivery arranged. Items sent via ParcelForce are automatically marked as dispatched when postage is printed via PayPal.
All my items are sent carefully packaged and sent as I would wish to receive them. Packaging costs are kept to a minimum by bulk buying my packaging materials reducing the total cost to the buyer. Where possible I will offer completely free P&P!, especially with new item ranges.
I try to send all items with a trackable service or a signature on delivery. This offers peace of mind to both buyer and seller, as I can see which items have been delivered and you can see that your item is on it's way, should it be delayed for any reason. Please allow time for slight delays during holiday periods.
Unconfirmed Addresses
Due to the number of fraudulent buyers on e-bay I will no longer send any item to an unconfirmed address. Should a buyer have an unconfirmed address I will report to e-bay and refund any payment. The buyer may still be liable for listing fees. I will not send your item unless your address is confirmed, no exceptions.
Refund/Returns
Should any item arrive in unsatisfactory condition then please let me know as soon as possible so it can be dealt with. Compensation will be offered or a refund or replacement will be given. I may ask for a photo of the damage and item(s) may need to be returned. Should an item have to be returned through fault of my own then I will refund your return postage costs. Any faults should be reported immediately and items should be returned within seven days, I will not refund/replace items that were sold 6 months ago!
