Q - I notice there is a £10.00 surcharge for non mainland delivery, do I still have to pay this fee for "free delivery" items?
A - Unfortunately for all medium and large items, you will need to pay courier surcharge for "free delivery" items. If you purchase multiple items, you will only need to pay the fee once. You will need to notify us that you have bought additional items and you would like us to send them together. You will need to notify us immediately after purchase so we can make arrangements to do so.

Q - Can I have my item delivered to my work or any other address?
A - We can only deliver goods to the registered credit or debit card holders address or address registered with PayPal and no other address.

Q - How quickly does my item take to arrive?
A - We try to dispatch all Small & Medium sized items out within 3 working days, this is usually within 24 hours not including Sat, Sun & public holidays. For Large sized items delivery time will be slightly longer. We will dispatch all goods out on a next day delivery service.

Q - Can you advise me a delivery date & time?
A - We are unable to advise exact delivery date or time due to the fact that we use a 3rd party courier service to deliver the goods.

Q - Can I collect my items?
A - Unfortunately all items sold through ebay can not be collected and are available for delivery only, please do not email or telephone us to arrange collection.

Q - Do you have a showroom?
A - Unfortunately Taps UK is a internet based retailer, we do not have a showroom.

Q - Is the picture and description illustrated exactly what I will receive?
A - We aim to provide our customers with accurate goods of the images used. However, please note occasionally very minor differences may occur due to our supplier.

Q - I have bid and won an auction item listed, can I purchase duplicate items at the same price?
A - Unfortunately not. Each auction is for a single item. If you require more than one you will need to bid or buy from one of our other listings.

Q - I noticed an auction listing just ended without any bids, can you sell me this item at listing price because it did not sell?
A - Unfortunately all items unsold will be automatically relisted. You will need to bid for the relisted auction listing.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept payment via credit/debit card over the telephone or PayPal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or bank transfers. (For non UK customers we only accept PayPal)

Q - Can I pay over the phone with a credit/debit card?
A - Yes. Please contact customer support on 0845 576 0200 Monday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 5pm. Please ensure that you have the item number to quote. Please note we can only deliver to the registered card holder’s address. (For non UK customers we only accept PayPal)

Q - I have purchased some items from the Taps UK retail website, can I combine these purchases with my eBay purchases under one order?
A - We are unable to combine items ordered through Taps UK retail website with items ordered via eBay.

Q - Are the goods sold with a guarantee?
A - Yes. All goods we sell are backed by our 7 day money back guarantee, 30 days exchange guarantee, with a minimum of 6 month product guarantee unless stated longer, this does not affect your statutory rights in anyway.

Q - Do you offer carriage discounts for additional items purchased at the same time?
A - Yes, we offer a carriage charge discount for each additional items. The first item will be charged at our standard rate (highest postal cost item) with each additional items at 50% of the standard rate. (Not applicable for free delivery items)

Q - How do I obtain carriage discounts for additional items purchased at the same time?
A - Before you pay for your items, ensure that you have consolidated the invoices together to obtain the relevant discounts due. Once you have consolidated the invoices, the carriage charge will automatically be amended for you. (You must pay for the item under one invoice)
