Proof of Delivery
Within the UK we use Roayl Mail Tracked service , you will be sent an email via ebay when the item is dispatched this will contain your Royal Mail tracking Number. You will be able to track your items on the Royal Mail website.
We cannot be held responsiable for lost or damage items in transit unless optional insurance is taken out at the time of order. Please contact us for details.
Returns Policy
You must notify us within 4 working days of recipt of goods. We are happy to exchange / return goods if they are in new unsed, labels and packaging still attached, please note with bridles that have a crank noseband, there is a keeper on the crank which can easliy come off when trying the bridle on, please check carefully that this is still on the bridle if returning it. Please add a note with your ebay ID and if you requre an exchange or refund. Exchange can only be done if item is in stock.
Return Carriage cost
The Buyer is liable for cost of return P&P in ALL circumstances using track able shipping. Postage is non refundable in ALL cases. If an item is to be exchanged, please enclose a cheque/ postal order for the return postage.
Refunds
Refunds will be given upon inspection of the return item.
