Exchange or Refund:

If you are not 100% happy with your order, then simply an exchange or a refund can be offered within 7 days of the purchase. All items must be sent back to us in their original packaging and in an undamaged and working condition. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return delivery costs are responsibility of the buyer.

Faulty units:

For any faulty Items, they must be returned to us first, to verify the fault; if the reason is approved then an exchange or refund can be arranged. We are not responsible for the postage of the returning Items.
