| FAULTY GOODS Faulty goods will be accepted for exchange or refund only if we are notified of the fault within the manufacturers' DOA period. This period varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and we will advise you when we receive your request. Where we agree to accept the return of faulty goods we will pay the shipping costs.
GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR OR NO LONGER REQUIRED We may refuse to accept the return of goods which have been ordered in error or are simply no longer required. If we do agree to accept such goods there may be a re-stocking fee. In any event goods ordered in error or surplus to requirements WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless they are in resaleable condition i.e. the original manufacturers packaging is complete, unopened and undamaged. The manufacturers packaging is deemed to be part of the product for the purposes of the Distance Selling Regulations. The cost of returning goods accepted under this heading must be borne by you.
