Service Policy Statement
TRESSAIR aim to offer a clear and fair RETURN & REFUND service, which provides you our loyal customers with confidence and peace of mind that all problems no matter what they are will be resolved to your complete satisfaction.
It is very understandable that problems may arise in particular due to mismatched perception of colour and style of each hairpiece displayed to the product when you receive. Whatever your problem may be or whatever questions you may have, please do let us know and you can be assured we will deal with it promptly and to your satisfaction.
Our Return and Refund policy:
We offer a 7 day guarantee and you are entitled to return your hair piece purchased within this time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us 'as delivered' for a full refund. If the product is faulty or we sent it in error, you can also return it within 7 days for a replacement. The full refund will be the full product price at time of purchase. We are unable to refund postage charges unless the product is faulty or we sent it in error.
If you receive a hairpiece that is faulty or you do not like the style or colour please contact us by email via ebay.
You may return most new, unopened, unworn items in a resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc...
Please use a recorded / signed for returns service when returning your item - we cannot be responsible for lost or missing returned items.
What does returning 'as delivered' mean?
Please note that wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces ponytails and fringes by their nature of use are deemed unfit for return if they have been worn.
Wigs must be returned unworn, unused and with tags attached in their original packaging (packaging must be intact) and in a resaleable condition. Wigs and hair items that have been tried on, worn, brushed, styled or used are non returnable for hygiene reasons. Wigs with odour, cosmetics or perfume traces are also deemed unfit for resale.
If you are unsure about a style please do remember that hygiene requirements are high due to the intimate nature and use of hairpieces. Please do not purchase a various array of wigs / hair items simply to 'try on'. Fitting is available at our showroom in Kent, UK.

Do remember to send with a note to specify your original item number, your new requirement, and your address. You may choose any other colour in the hairpiece you purchased or change style from my eBay listings. If value exceeds what you originally paid (price varies different styles/lengths of wigs and ponytails) then you will need to pay the difference.

When should you expect to receive your Refund:
Receipt of your refund will greatly differ depending on your location, if you are an International customer due to transit time, processing your refund at TRESSAIR and bank processing times this could take up to 4 weeks. However, in many cases and in particular if you are UK or European customers you will receive a refund much more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
