In the unlikely event that a return is required or if you have an issue with any product you have received please in the first instance contact our customer service team immediately via the eBay message center to advise of any issues with the product(s) received.
We will not be liable to process your return or refund you, if damage occurs during the return or handling of the item. As such the buyer will have to claim any losses from the carrier chosen for the return delivery.
If the part is incorrectly dispatched on our behalf then we will cover all return postage charges, and send you the correct part free of charge.
BODY PANELS / SPRAYED PANELS
If you have purchased a body panel, such as a bumper/ wing / bonnet etc., please make sure those parts are checked and unwrapped prior to signing for /accepting the parcel with the courier.
If these parts are signed as serviceable then any claim thereafter is void as it is your responsibility to confirm the parts are undamaged on receipt.
If however the driver will not wait for the goods to be unpacked you have the right to sign as DAMAGED just in case of any issues after the event.
PACKAGING
All items for return must be complete and in their original packaging - without the original packaging we are unable to process your refund. We would also ask you to return the original invoice with your parcel in order to speed up the refund process.
PROCESSING TIME
Refunds will be processed via PayPal within 48hrs of receipt.
INCORRECT PARTS
The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs that are incurred when returning products back to us in the following cases:
- When the buyer changed his/her mind and wishes to return the product
- When the buyer ordered incorrect parts
We do not charge an admin fee in these cases as we deem this to be unfair however we will not refund postage costs incurred and we will charge postage to send an exchange.
EBAY RETURNS PROCESS
The return of any item for a refund must be initiated through the e-Bay Resolution centre. Without a returns request we cannot reclaim the costs that are charged to us by eBay, therefore, if you prefer not to use the eBay return procedure, we will have to deduct the eBay selling fees from the refund amount.
FITMENT
Once an item has been fitted we reserve the right to refuse a refund unless the part is faulty and will only be refunded once a quality check has been carried out to confirm the fault.
