| A:Yes we ALWAYS combne shipping wherever you are in the world.We do not aim to make money from shipping but the charge does cover the cost for shipping,packing and postal supplies.UK rates are some of the best on ebay. |

| A:Yes we do,on a few products which are to heavy to ship abroad(usually outside Europe)we will not offer this. |

| A:We are very busy and sometimes have over 100 new orders a day,so please be patient with your items.We aim to have dispatched your item within 5 days of payment,and then it an take up to another 2-5 days to arrive so please do not make any queries until the 10 days are up.Lost items are insured up to £30. |

| A:We need to reclaim our fees so we file a mutual agreement to not go through with sale.This does not affect your ebay account.If you have received an item and it is incorrect due to your error we will not refund unless under very rare circumstances. |
