TM3 terms and Conditions of sale
These terms and conditions are provided to protect you as a consumer and us as a business seller. We want every customer to be happy and every transaction to be error free, in a perfect world this would happen. This in no way affects any of your statutory rights as a buyer.
Payment
All our listing prices include VAT at the current national rate, we are not VAT registered and cannot provide VAT free transactions for overseas buyers.Our method of payments include pay pal,credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Bank transfers require further details from us; please contact in this event. No goods will be dispatched prior to any payment clearance including conventional and E cheques. Please ensure all payments are made to us within a reasonable time, 10 days an absolute maximum.
Delivery
We abide to the requirements of the relevant UK laws introduced under the sale of goods act and distance selling regulations.
Orders are turned around either same or next day, we have an automated system and once we hit that button saying your item has been sent, this means it has been or will be sent within that 24hour period. All items are sent 1st class postage, 2nd class, recorded or special delivery (UK only), overseas transactions are shipped using Royal mail Airmail or international signed for service, according to the value of the item. Orders can get delayed especially overseas, your assurance is once you have received the “your item has been sent email” it has been sent. We depend on the royal mail and they are very good,once an item ships overseas it is then down to that countrys mail service. Please don’t wait a month like some people have done and ask us if have we sent it, the sooner we know the easier we can resolve.
Overseas orders are shipped using airmail service, high value items are sent via international signed for service, Airmail (standard) does not have a tracing facility; please contact us for traceable air sure or similar services.
Multiple purchases
Most sales include multiple items, the end of sale invoice should allow you to amend your postage total on the invoice or show a combined total, if however you would still like to make a saving on the postage please request a total from us, we will always combine the total weight and provide a discounted postal cost, this will be reflected in the total and then an invoice will be sent back to you for payment.
Returns
Our goal is to have every customer happy with their purchase, we want repeat business and most of all we want to earn peoples trust, if we have failed and you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to take it back within 14 days for a full refund, minus any postage charge paid. You are responsible for the return of the product with proof of delivery.
If however after all contact has been made and we are unable to resolve any issue we are very willing to provide a refund, this proviso is not to be used as a trial for any product, used products will not be credited unless agreed prior to, any faulty goods will be refunded after a full explanation has been provided and authorization has been given to return the item. All non faulty items must be in complete resalable condition with original packaging.
All new items are covered by a 12 month warranty; this will take effect from date of purchase. Any credit or replacement carried out by us will be at our discretion, any items tampered or doctored with will not be subject to refunds or replacements.
We make every effort to provide a detailed description of each and all of our products; we presume this to be correct at the time of writing. For more detailed information please ask or contact those manufactures. We cannot be held responsible for misleading or incorrect information.
