Shipping

Great care is taken when handling your order and our professional staff will wrap your item and dispatch it as soon as possible. Depending on the time of your order, your purchase will be dispatched either the same day, or the following day. All orders are dispatched within 24 hour of cleared payments being received. This excludes weekends and Bank holidays.

All items are dispatched via Courier on a fully insured, tracked and signed for service so please ensure that you provide the correct address, where someone will be able to sign for the delivery, when making payment. We would also ask that you double check your address details when making payment to ensure timely delivery.

Our most common reason for receiving items back undelivered is due to incorrect addresses being provided where no one is available to sign. Any goods being returned to us because of this will incur a further cost to redeliver and by making a purchase you agree to this condition.

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your item. Most orders are then received with 2 working days from receiving this email (excluding weekends and bank holidays) but this is not guaranteed.

TRACKING     

All items are sent on a fully traceable service, should you require a tracking number please email us and we will promptly provide it for you, so you can follow the progress of your delivery. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your purchase within 2 working days of placing your order and the tracking system does not give you a reason why it has not been delivered (e.g. Carded), please contact us immediately so that we can inquire on your behalf as to why it has not been delivered.

PLEASE REMEMBER: If we do not know of a problem then we are unable to do anything about it. As long as you contact us in a timely manner we will be able to resolve any problem before your item is returned and further delivery costs are incurred.
