Post & Packing

Dresses are carefully packaged in layers of acid free tissue and ribbon, 

then packaged in bubble wrap and strong waterproof postal sacks.

All UK items are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery only. 

Items paid for before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be received next day. 

Items paid for by 1pm on Friday will be received the following Monday. 

After 1pm Friday and the weekend will be posted on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.

All International items are posted via Royal Mail International signed for Airmail.  

Please be aware that International buyers are responsible for any customs and import 

duties due on delivery.

Returns Policy

Any item can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

You must first contact me to let me know you will be returning the item then promptly post via a 

trackable postage method (preferably special delivery) Buyers are liable for all postage costs. 

Each item must be returned in 'as sent' condition. Complete with tags still attached, unworn and 

makeup free, so please be careful when trying on.
