The best way to see if we have the item you want is to use the search box in the upper, left corner of our listings. This searches all of our items across every listing format. If the item you are searching for does not come up, we unfortunately are out of stock. Everything we sell is new and most items are in flawless condition. The condition of an item will always be stated in the listing where it says 'Condition' (under the pictures). If an item is less than flawless, we will always mention the specifics of the condition. We use abbreviations to describe if an item comes with tags or how it is packaged.    -NWT = New with Tags    -NIB = New In Box    -New = New without Tags top Sizing: The waist size given in the title is the size on the tag of the item. The waist size given in the measurements is what the waist actually measures. It is common for designer jeans and pants to measure larger than the tag size. Tag sizes are based on traditional waist measurements, however many designer jeans are intended to be worn lower, on the hips, which are wider than the waist. Fit can vary depending on brand, cut, and material. It is common for different brands to fit differently. Even different styles of the same brand can fit differently. The best way to determine what size to get is to compare the measurements of the item you are interested in to your own clothing. This will help you gauge the fit. Yes, you are welcome to exchange any item from us for any other item we have in stock. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for details. We take all of our measurements by hand. For the most part, our measurements are very accurate. However, please understand that measurements may be slightly off. top Payment: We accept PayPal and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Unfortunately we do not accept bank transfers. We process credit cards on our own machine. To pay with a credit card you will need to contact us with the credit card number, expiration date, and security code (last three numbers on the back of the card). In order to get the combined shipping rate, all items need to be paid for together. Accordingly, if you have bought an item and are still shopping, wait until you are done shopping and then pay for everything together. Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to a California address. By law we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on California orders. Tax will be added to the total when applicable. top Shipping: We charge flat rate amounts for shipping that are based on weight and destination. We do our very best to charge fair and accurate shipping prices that only cover our actual costs of shipping, packaging and handling. Shipping rates are provided in every listing. We ship worldwide. Yes, we combine shipping. Shipping for every item after the first (highest shipping price) is free. To get the combined shipping rate you must pay for all of your items together. Once an order is paid for, the order is closed for shipment. The combined shipping rate should automatically apply to your order. If you have trouble combining the shipping let us know and we will manually send you an invoice with the combined shipping rate. All items to be shipped together need to be paid for within 7 days of the when the first item is won/bought. We often ship paid orders in 1 business day. Transit times vary depending on the service used and the distance the package is traveling. Estimated transit times are provided in every listing and in the table below. Please understand that these times are estimates provided by the carrier. Often they are correct, however occasionally shipping takes a little longer. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate shipping with other carriers or services. Yes, we offer optional, third party shipping insurance at a rate of $1.75 per $100 of insurance. When your order ships you should receive an email from PayPal with a link to your tracking information. Your USPS tracking number also becomes available on the eBay page for your item. Please note that packages for shirts shipped Priority Mail International do not come with tracking information. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate in person pick ups. top Exchanges & Returns: We do not accept any returns. We do however accept exchanges if they meet the following conditions:    -The buyer must contact us with the intent to exchange within 7 days of when the item is received.    -The item must be in the same condition it was sold in. We cannot accept exchanges on worn or washed clothing.    -The exchange must be made for an in-stock item or items of equal or greater value.    -The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges and price differences. To make an exchange simply contact us and let us know what item you would like to exchange and what item you would like instead. If the item you want has a Buy It Now price, we will end the item and hold it for you. If the item is at auction, you will need to bid on the item and win it in order to make the exchange. We often start auctions at a reduced price with the anticipation of the price being bid higher. Thus, winning an item at auction determines the fair market value. Please note that sometimes an item at auction is also listed separately with a Buy It Now price.
