We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt; we ask that they are in their original condition complete with any packaging they came with. Return costs of delivered goods are non refundable. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy

How to Return Your Item

Please return the shoes to the below address, wrapped and in their original new & boxed condition along with a note of your eBay user id and that you require a refund. Please do not cello tape the box, the shoes must in re-sellable condition, all refunds are processed on within 5 working days of receipt.

Exchange Your Item

To exchange an item, please complete the BUY IT NOW & make payment for the size required. We will then dispatch these to you. In the mean time please return the size no longer required to us, in their new and boxed condition along with a note of your eBay user id and that you require a refund.
