Q. How can I make payment?

A. We can accept payment within the UK via the following:

  • PAYPAL (PREFERRED)
  • CHEQUE (please allow 7 days to clear)
  • POSTAL ORDER

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: WE CAN ACCEPT PAYPAL ONLY.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt; we ask that they are in their original condition complete with any packaging they came with. Return costs of delivered goods are non refundable. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy

Q. I have returned my order to you, when will I receive my refund?

A. We issue refunds within 5 working days of receipt; as soon as your refund is complete you will be notified.

Q. I wish to return my item, how do I do this?

A. Please return the shoes to the below address, wrapped and in their original new & boxed condition along with a note of your eBay user id and that you require a refund. Please do not cello tape the box, the shoes must in re-sellable condition, all refunds are processed on within 5 working days of receipt.

Q. When will my item be despatched?

A. We despatch items on a daily basis, all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be despatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm  will be despatched the next working day.

Q. I wish to exchange my item, how do I do this?

A. To exchange an item, please complete the BUY IT NOW & make payment for the size required. We will then despatch these to you. In the mean time please return the size no longer required us, in their new and boxed condition along with a note of your ebay user id and that you require a refund.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we ship worldwide, please view our listings for prices

Q. My item hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

A. Items are classed as missing 15 working days (UK) or 30 working days (worldwide) after the date of despatch. Unfortunately we are unable to process claims before this time so if your item has not arrived after this period please email us and we will send you details of our claims procedure.

Q. Please can you tell me the total price in my currency?

A. We only accept Paypal from international buyers. Paypal will calculate the price and convert it for you when you make payment

Q. How much is the Shipping?

A. Postage charges are listed in each individual listing. Prices vary due to weight and size.
