Payment Options

You have a choice to pay with PayPal or cheque. If sending a cheque, please be sure to write your item number and address on the reverse. Please ensure we receive payments within 5 days once checkout is completed. Cheques must be posted to the following address:

• If you are not within the UK, all items must be paid via PayPal
• Payment must be made within 7 days

Delivery

• We ship worldwide
• Dispatch of your item will be within 24 hours of us receiving payment.
• Items paid by cheque will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared. Cheques may take up to 10 working days to clear.
• Postage is charged at cost price according to weight, plus a small fee for packaging materials and handling. All items are sent either by recorded or trackable services.
• Multiple Purchases - we are happy to combine items to reduce postage costs but only if items are purchased at the same time. If you have purchased multiple items please ask us to recalculate costs before you finish your checkout. We do not hold onto items if you are also bidding on unfinished auction items.

Returns

• We have an unconditional returns policy if your item is not as described. The item must come back with all original packaging intact. Once we have received it we will refund your costs including postage.
• Please return goods to the address above.
• If the item arrives damaged in transit you will need to send us a photo by email within 3 days of receipt of goods, showing breakages.

• We fully support the Feedback Process. Once you have received the goods and there are no further queries we will leave our feedback.
• If you have any queries or problems please contact us by email first, preferably within 3 days of receipt.
