PAYMENT
Payment must be made within 5 days of auction, otherwise items will be re-listed, buyers will be reported to ebay and negative feedback given. If you have a problem with paying for your items within the timeframe of 5 days, please try to resolve any issues in the first instance, by following the ebay link to contact us (the seller - the wedding supplier online), or email customer services on theweddingsupplier@gmail.com
The Wedding Supplier Online prefers Paypal payments (no fees for buyers) although we will also accept postal orders from bidders within the UK.
Paypal payments are only accepted from International bidders.
POSTAGE TERMS
Items will be dispatched as soon as payments have cleared, usually within 3 Business Days (excludes Sat/Sun) of payment received.
However for handcrafted items such as Bouquets, Buttons Holes, Artifical Flower Table Decorations, Handmade Wedding Stationery & Hair Accessories, please allow up to 5 Business Days (excludes Sat/Sun).
Do not send cash as we do not take any responsibility for lost payments in the post. Payment must be in £ Sterling.
Returns & Refunds
If you have any problems with your order, then please do not hesitate to contact us via the link to our email within 7 days.
If not 100% satisfied, returns accepted if sent within 14 days, unopened and in the condition they were sent.
Postage is not refundable, unless items are faulty, and buyer must pay for the items to be returned .
In addition, The Wedding Supplier Online cannot be held responsible for returnable items lost or damaged in the post. Therefore we suggest that you send all return items by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery. This benefits both parties, as we (The Wedding Supplier Online ) have confirmation that your return items have been posted, and you (The Buyer) have confirmation/proof that we have received the returned goods.
