BIDDING/BUYING: By placing a bid or electing to buy a "Buy It Now" item, you are legally obliged to pay for the item. Please do not bid or buy unless you are willing to pay. Non-paying bidder disputes are filed after seven days of non-payment and non-payment will result in an unpaid item strike. All items are brand new and of excellent quality. We make every effort to describe the style, fabric and measurements as accurately as possible. Listed details of fabric content and clear photographs allow you to make an educated decision to bid/buy. All measurements are in inches, rounded to the nearest inch, taken from the unworn, hence unstretched garment. For more information on fitting and sizing, please see our fitting guide. Please remember that colours may vary according to your monitor settings and the item may look different in a larger size. If you do have any questions about the item you are bidding on that isn’t covered in the listing, then please contact us with your query before bidding.

COMMUNICATION: To contact us please only use eBay’s messaging system. DO NOT use Paypal or eBay's "Note to Seller" at checkout as a means of communication as these notes are not monitored. Order confirmation messages are sent to your email address rather than being sent via eBay messages. To avoid messages being filtered as junk mail, please add eBay mailings to your “safe sender” list. All conceivable information for a listed item is given in the item listing, so please read in full before contacting us with questions. If your question is not answered within the listing or my FAQ’s, please contact us for assistance.

PAYMENT: UK buyers: Payment in GBP £ Sterling by Paypal, cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer. Overseas buyers: Payment UK Sterling Paypal only. Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. If no payment or contact is made within seven days of an item ending an unpaid item dispute will be filed. When paying by cheque or postal order, please include the item number with your payment, making cheques payable to "The Sexy Jeans Shop".

SHIPPING: Postage and packing costs are priced according to item weight and also includes the cost of packing materials. Postage charges are non-negotiable; by placing a bid / making a purchase, you are accepting the postage cost for the item. Postage discounts are given on multiple purchases when made within a seven day period and paid for all together. We offer free postage on any single top, dress, belt or item of jewellery purchased and paid for at the same time as any single pair of sexy jeans! (Free postage on ONE non-jeans item - excluding bags - for every ONE pair of jeans purchased and paid for at the same time). All items are sent First Class signed for Recorded Delivery within two business days of payment. If you opt-out of recorded delivery you do so at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for loss of parcels, however all items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery have insurance cover up to £34.00. If your total shipment value exceeds this amount, additional insurance is advisable; I can only refund up to the insured amount in the event of an item being lost in the post. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, I will refund the total up to the amount covered by the insurance. For international deliveries, please allow up to 28 days and please note that you are responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable. Items being sent outside of the EU are sent with full and accurate customs documentation.

RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on auction items; such items are not sold on approval and all sales are final. It is your responsibility to ensure that you bid on the correct item/size. Returns are accepted on “Buy It Now” items. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any “Buy It Now” item purchased from The Sexy Jeans Shop, simply return it within 14 days of receipt in its original condition by Recorded Delivery. Refunds consist of the cost of the item, minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds do not cover postage costs. For this policy to apply, items MUST be received back within 14 days of receipt and in their original unworn and fully tagged condition. Returned items must be accompanied by a completed copy of our returns form, including notes of the buyer's user ID, item number and full name and address. Please note that all items are thoroughly quality checked prior to despatch. Amaranthine Limited t/as The Sexy Jeans Shop accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage resulting from the use of won/purchased products. We cannot accept back worn items that have been damaged by the buyer. This includes but is not limited to broken buttons and zips, tears and obvious signs of misuse. Where applicable and where agreed, for refunds of returns postage of faulty goods we need to see post office receipts and copies of recorded delivery counterfoils in order for such refunds to be processed.

SIZING: All sizes listed are UK sizes. The model's measurements are 32-22-32 and she typically wears as size 6-8. Therefore the item depicted is not always the same as the size being sold. Measurements are given where appropriate. When buying jeans, please buy according to the measurements given rather than the listed UK size because sizing can vary. BUYER REQUIREMENTS: Bids are not accepted from buyers who have a feedback score of -1 or lower and buyers who have received 2 Unpaid Item strikes in the last 30 days. I reserve the right to cancel your bid if you are a previous non-payer.
