All my bead art and other such hand made goods have been made by me to my own specific designs.
I have obtained any rights and permissions from all related parties to either sell, use or copy any design patents, copyrights or trade marks that they have.
All my designs and hand made goods (where necessary) have been altered from the original with permissions from the owners so as to identify these goods as my own and not a copy. This therefore does not affect anyone’s intellectual rights.
If you feel that I may have transgressed in any way please contact me before using the VeRO system (intellectual rights) and I will amend any offending advert of take it off completely.
I will do this under the auspice of fair and equal trade amongst other members of eBay.
If found after investigation that items are incorrect or illegal they will be removed immediately.
All my pictures are copyrighted as are my individual headings for my hand made goods. Any one found copying any part of my adverts or pictures, will after a polite message from me, be reported to the Auction site owners if the advert is not changed or removed.
A Guide To Teach Your Bird To Talk - has been copyrighted by myself under UK and international law. I believe that a personal touch rather than using non diplomatic methods always works and is pleasanter for both parties involved.
Any one found to be using a VeRO against me illegally will be reported to the auction site owners and the Police as this in UK law is deemed an actual threat, of which the maximum penalty is 3 months in prison or a £10,000 fine.
As previously stated a message before hand would be enough, but I do hold the right to see your copyright, patent or other such legal paperwork as laid down in UK law.
Failure to do so when requested, in a case of copyright theft, it is also an illegal act and will be noted against you if any criminal proceedings take place.
Yes I have done my homework, and unfortunately there are some unscrupulous people out there who hope to get away with it with bullish tactics.
But now the law is on our side and I am thank full for that, any way one of my children is a lawyer which helps somewhat.
Buying goods from my eBay site or anywhere on eBay is covered by certain laws. Basically speaking if you buy something on eBay you are legally bound to pay for it. You wouldn't mess Amazon around so please do not do the same by me. As with Amazon and other web sites selling items the buyer must pay for the return of any goods. You wouldn't ask Amazon to send you the return postage before hand and again please don't ask me as my response will be the same as Amazons (We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase).
My 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see my full Refunds & Returns Policy. I can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that I reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to me if they are not faulty.
If you buy something this means that you agree to all my, eBay's and PayPal's terms and conditions. |
