Then you will only pay a £1 postage and package charge for the second and subsequent items (which can be posted at the same time); anywhere in the world. Please do not bid or buy from us if you do not agree with any of our terms and conditions.

 

·          Sorry – no personal callers.

·         Payments in Sterling (£) (GBP) only. Overseas buyers must pay via Paypal. Items over £40 can only be despatched to the Paypal account holders registered address. Cross-border buyers are responsible for any customs duties imposed by their own country

·          Payments must be fully cleared before items are despatched. (We do not accept any responsibility for the lengthy duration of e-cheque processing via Paypal).

·          Customers should satisfy themselves that a chosen item is suitable for their intended purpose – e.g. they should choose a watch with the correct water resistance rating - prior to diving in water with it! (We are only an e-mail away if advice is required)!

·          Buyers need to be aware that the colour tones in our photographs can often be affected by their own monitor settings. Customers also need to be aware that the size of an item is not always obvious in a photograph. (Please read the actual size dimensions in the item text).

·          In the unlikely event of an item going missing in the post, we reserve the right to wait 10 days (UK), 25 days (OVERSEAS) before arranging a refund or replacement. (This time scale is determined by Royal Mail, not by us). We obtain Royal Mail Proof of Despatch for every item. We will ask for the buyers’ co-operation with regard to a Royal Mail P58 claim for compensation before we refund or send a replacement item.

·          If a despatched item is returned to us marked ‘Not Called For’ etc, a second postage charge will be applied before the item is despatched a second time.

·          Unsuitable items should be returned, unused, unaltered and undamaged, within 14 days of receipt. Buyers should take due care of unwanted items, and pack them very carefully in the original protective packaging with all associated components including care leaflets, bar-code bags, guarantees & gift boxes etc. (The lenses of sunglasses and the faces of watches need particular protection). Upon receipt of the returned item (and all associated components) in pristine condition; we will make a refund to the value of the item cost. Postage costs are not refundable but buyers will not have to pay us a re-advertising fee. We will ask for the buyer’s co-operation with regard to an eBay Cancel Transaction Agreement, so that we can claim a final valuation sales fee credit from eBay.

·          Defective items, or items not as described; must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be arranged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return such items at their own expense. If the returned item is found to have a genuine fault, or is significantly not as described; the return postage charge will be refunded by us.

·          We do not accept liability for items which have been switched, subjected to wear and tear, misuse, amendment or any kind of damage occurring after receipt. Returned ‘switched’ items, or items actually damaged or misused by the buyer; will be returned to the buyer without replacement or refund.

·          Our Returns Service for faulty watches does not extend beyond 28 days. (However, most of our watches carry a one year validated manufacturer’s guarantee).

·          Please note that we are business sellers – and our responses to all customer requirements will reflect their statutory rights under current sales legislation.
