Bespoke service
We aim to despatch all shop items within 2 working days. However bespoke orders are despatched within 3-5 working days as these are made to order. Whilst we are happy to offer a made to measure service, refunds and returns for our bespoke service will not be accepted. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Returns
All returns are treated individually if you wish to return an item for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will advise the returns procedure.
If you have any queries about an item you have received, please contact us to discuss it. We prefer to solve any issues you have before raising disputes on eBay, as raising a dispute can delay the resolution. Most minor issues can be resolved instantly, i.e. Replacements due to shipping damage.
Postage
You will receive an email to notify you once your parcel has been dispatched. Your purchase should then be with you within 2-3 working days dependant on the postal service. All parcels will be sent using either first or second class postage or 24 hour courier, unless otherwise stated.
If you have not received your item within 5 working days, please try contacting your local sorting office as we have been informed that in majority of cases postmen are not leaving calling cards. If you are unsuccessful in locating your parcel please do not hesitate to contact us to check which service was used, as you may need to rearrange a convenient delivery time with the courier or post office.

We take great care when writing our descriptions and like them to be 100% accurate. If you see something that isn’t quite right, please contact us as we are only human.
