we try to use original photos to show our products. Sometimes our products are shown in a computer generated image because the items are too difficult to photograph ie: some brass plaques.
Notes for engraved items:
Please ensure that you double check all engraving requirements as we cannot be held responsible for spelling and/or typographical errors included in your engraving request.
Lighters cannot be dispatched overseas via Air Mail due to Airline hold safety restrictions. This means we can only dispatch your order via SURFACE MAIL which can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If you have purchased a lighter for overseas dispatch we will give you the option of accepting surface mail or canceling your order.
Feedback will left automatically upon receipt of your feedback i.e. When the transaction has been fully completed and you are 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy then please let us know so we can resolve any issues.
