We are happy to refund (excluding postage) if an item is unsuitable when notified within 14 days of receipt of the item. The returning item must be dispatched within 3 days of informing us that a refund is required. The item must be unworn and all tags intact and it is important that your eBay user ID is enclosed with the item.
