We're sure you're going to love your new Marzipants, but just in case here's our returns policy.....

  • We will happily accept returns but they must be processed through ebay's return process.

  • The cost of returning items is the buyers responsibility and please make sure you keep a proof of postage until you have received your refund.

  • We will refund you for the full price of the item, but we do not refund our original P&P costs. If you received a promotional rate of free P&P our standard shipping rate will be taken off the final refund amount.

  • Trousers must be returned within 7 days of receiving them and they must be returned unworn & in the original condition.

  • Sorry, but we do not accept returns for bargain trousers.
