Delivery Method
When your delivery arrives please check the order is complete and check all boxes and packaging for damage, if damaged please mark the parcel service record as 'packaging/box damaged'.
All deliveries must be signed for. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a further delivery attempt will be made, if this proves to be unsuccessful any further delivery attempts will cost £10.00 per delivery.
All parcels will be sent back to us after 5 days from due date of delivery if no further instructions are received from the customer. All parcels we send are tracked by our parcel service
