can I exchange an item?
You can
exchange the item within 7 working days of receipt.
Please click the return button on the drop down menu next to
you order details and send back to:

It is very important you enclose;
-Your
eBay ID
-Your
name and address
-Details
of exchange i.e colour, size
We will
despatch the exchange at no extra but it is your responsibility to pay for the
return costs.
We will
process the return the same day and aim to despatch exchange within 1 working
day. For any items that are not longer in stock, we will offer you an
alternative or refund you the purchase price.
How to RETURN the item for
refund?
You retain the right to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after you
have received the item. If you are not happy with your items for any reason,
simply follow these 3 easy steps to return the item:

Click the returns button located on the drop down box on the purchased item.

Return to;
Enclose
the original delivery note within the parcel and return to;

3. You
will be refunded of merchant value of the item once the returned item is
received. Please note that return postage is the buyers responsibility.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Restrictions:
-No
exchange/refund for uncomplete item with dirt or any other kinds of marks,
without tags, damage, smell of the perfume or any other chemical products,
lotions. All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear etc...
-We do
not accept any parcels sent for collection (cash on delivery).
-We
assume no liability for the returns sent by you and then lost in the Post
Office. We advise you to obtain proof of postage.
