When will my order be despatched?

We despatch all orders within 1 working day of cleared payment. On occasions, where orders are received before 1.30pm Mon-Fri, orders will be despatched the same day.

 

How will I know when my order has been sent?

As soon as your order is marked for despatch from our UK warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm this and it will leave our warehouse that afternoon.

 

Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?

We offer 3 services for UK mainland for the majority of our products;

Royal Mail 2nd class

From the time you receive your despatch confirmation email we would expect you to receive your order within;

United Kingdom; 2-7 working days.

Royal Mail 1st class

From the time you receive your despatch confirmation email we would expect you to receive your order within;

United Kingdom; 1-3 working days.

European Delivery;

We offer 2 standard delivery options for most EU and Rest of the world destinations (please see listing for the list of destinations we currently ship to);

Airmail

Europe; 7-14 working days for deliveries.

Rest of the World; 7-21 working days

Where an order is not received please check with your local post office before contacting us as your item will be held there for up to two weeks for collection if you were not in at the time of delivery.

Please note we have to allow 14 working days for delivery inside the UK and 28 working days for deliveries outside of the UK to have passed before we're able to investigate non delivery.

 

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free postage for a large number of our items which is for standard UK post. For any items where postage is applicable charges may fluctuate depending on the speed of the service and the weight of the parcel.  All postal costs are clearly displayed on the checkout details.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Should your order not arrive within the estimated time (please see 'Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?') please contact us via the ‘contact page’ on eBay. Please remember that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 14 working days have passed for UK deliveries and 28 working days for overseas deliveries.

 

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver within the UK and to the majority of countries belonging to the European Union (E.U. countries) for the majority of our items.

 

Am I able to change the delivery address to something other than my registered eBay address?

At the moment we are unable to deliver to an alternative address, all items will be posted to your registered eBay address.

 

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.

 

Do you offer postage discounts for multiple items?

Yes, in most cases postage discounts will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout, on occasion you may need to request a combined invoice via the checkout page and wait for us to send you the amended invoice for payment.
