i just wanted to add a page on the state of the feedback system which hits us at times and is very unfair,i have had a few when the buyer has not read the listing,all the details are clearly in the listing so there is no reason to leave negative feedback,its so unfair.
we work long hours and very hard and some new ebayers launch into a negative without even giving us the chance to put any problems right.this is very very unfair,i would appreciate it if any buyers please contact me first,i will always put things right if there has been a problem.
please think before leaving negative feedback about the time of delivery,if an item has been posted on time which you can see from the label on your parcel then i feel its very unfair to rate the seller on the postal companies performance,we are all at the mercy of 2 postal companies to deliver the item on time but when this doesnt happen it has nothing to do with the sellers performance and they should not be marked down for this.
