all our post is sent through ctt which is our national postal company here in portugal.we always dispatch as soon as possible but there can be delays with the postage system,we are told by ctt to expect delivery within europe to be within 5-10 working days but please keep in mind that we have many problems with delays and losses due to the postal companies in your country.
we post by standard post but if we can send registered we will as it protects both of us.here in portugal we dont get any insurance against loss or damage if its not sent registered,if you want to pay extra for registered post please let me know as its not that much extra but well worth it.
royal mail in uk are really difficult to work with as they are known here for slow deliveries.
if your item is late please contact your local sorting office first and see if its been held there,we get some customers who never get cards left if they are out and the item is then returned to us but can take up to 3 months to come back.
i would appreciate it if you can email me and let me know any problems before rating our service based on someone elses performance,its unfair to do so.
we need to allow at least 20 working days for items to show before we can replace or refund so please be patient and be assured we will do all we can to trace the item.we report all items which are delayed to our post office and they do trace quite a few with positive results.
